This paper of Dr. Shu Yamada of Science University of Tokyo, considers a model that describes profits brought by ISO 9000 certification via examination of previous studies and winning reports. Furthermore, we consider estimation of the profits based on the model in order to discuss economical efficiency by comparing the cost estimates. It is the Japanese Case.
